The first generation of the so-called OpenIMU Evaluation Kit for faster implementation of projects the Murata 6-DoF sensor SCHA63T-K03. For easy development, this board includes a basic software SDK from Nordic Inertial. A powerful 32-bit processor serves to process the signals of the sensor. The kit offers the possibility to analyze the sensor, as well as a connection via the serial UART/RS-422 or optionally expandable to OpenCAN. Via the interfaces, GPS or Bluetooth modules or other modules for wireless communication can be connected. For the evaluation of the signals, software such as extended Kalman filter can also be added as an option. The board operates with a supply voltage of 8 – 70Vdc.
