The new AD3 differential pressure series from Fujikura:
Until now, Fujikura has had the AL4 low-pressure series only in a two-port housing and the widely used relative pressure sensors with one port. With the new AD3 series, the higher pressures of up to 10 bar are now also available as differential pressure sensors. The small 8 x 14 mm housing can be easily integrated directly into a product and the two ports can be sealed with an O-ring. Fujikura’s own MEMS chips are used internally, and the same ASIC is used as in the AG3 and AP3 series – this was originally developed for high-precision blood pressure measurement (NIBP) and has a high-resolution analog output signal with no steps as with other commercially available ASICs.
