Air quality gas sensors is a specialty of Angst+Pfister Sensors and Power and we have solutions for ppm and sub-ppm measurement of most gases causing a bad air quality. Our TB600 modules are best-in-class and they are the obvious choice for measuring the air quality. They are digital gas sensors modules with a very low power requirement, and because of their small size, they can easily be integrated into gas sensing devices.

CO2 is very much in focus when it comes to emission of potentially harmful gases for the environment, but CO2 is also in focus for indoor air quality, because a too high concentration of CO2 causes lack of concentration and fatigue. In confined spaces, with many people, it is important to keep the CO2 level at a level below 1000-1500 ppm.

CO2 gas sensors are an integral part of the Angst+Pfister Sensors and Power gas sensor program and we have solutions for measuring directly in a confined space that need to be controlled, but also very accurate CO2 sensors that can be placed in a central unit controlling more confined spaces. In the latter case, samples are drawn from each of the confined spaces being controlled and analyzed using only one sensor configured in a multiplexing system. Many low power IoT CO2 based devices can be arranged in a network that can be used to intelligently control the ventilation in a multi-functional building complex.
