N33MA magnetic multi-turn kit encoder
The new N33MA is a cost-effective and robust magnetic kit encoder with a diameter of just 33 mm and maximum height of 20 mm that also enables it to be installed in small motors. As a result of the magnetic technology, it is not sensitive to dust or fingerprints on the sensor element and handling is much easier during production.
The 33MA can be used in an extended temperature range of -40°C to +115°C. It has an energy self-sufficient rotation counter, based on the Wiegand principle, that allows it to accurately reproduce the new position immediately it is turned back on, even if the position has been adjusted while switched off. BiSS-C and SSI interfaces are available and allow a rotation speed of up to 12,000 rpm.
With 18-bit single-turn and 32-bit multi-turn resolution, it is able to achieve precision of ±300 arcsec when calibrated.
