MR technology for interfaces

What were once the arguments for optocouplers are now the "strongholds" for the digital isolation. Almost unlimited service life, degradation that can hardly be detected, as is usually the case with optocouplers and very high transmission rates with secure CMTI, are the characteristics of today's insulation technologies in well-known SMD packages. NVE is one of the companies that have advanced magneto resistive  technology.  This technology is not only used for sensors, but it is also a strong representative of digital insulation for fieldbuses such as CAN,  Profibus. In addition, isolators are increasingly being used in power electronics to isolate data lines to the μController. With the latest products, the new guidelines e.B. VDE0884-11 are already complied with.
